Delivery of your travel documents
Your travel documents (tickets, vouchers, itineraries, or insurance papers) are usually dispatched within 2 days after payment confirmation. We use certified courier services with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer a delivery option that requires a signature, we can arrange it for an additional cost; please contact us before selecting this method. Whatever shipping option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your delivery online.
Shipping and handling fees
Shipping fees include handling, preparation, and courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs may vary depending on the weight and type of documents sent. We recommend grouping all services into a single booking, as we cannot combine shipments from separate reservations, and shipping fees will apply to each one individually.
Security and document protection
Although shipments are made at your own risk, we take special care to protect any physical travel documents, especially if they include sensitive materials or printed boarding passes. We use appropriate envelopes and packaging to ensure your documents are well-protected during transit.
